	First encountered on the Shaper's Steps these creatures were dropped from above by absolute bastard gulls. Their armor is extremely durable but if you can cut through it their insides are very delicate. Upon being dropped they will usually Sunder the first target they see and then strike with shattering blows of their heavy claws, to make matters worse the gulls will always fly upwards with them again to drop them once more if the opportunity presents itself. If the Rock Crabs can get the opportunity they will spew their young into the wounds of victims, the larval crabs then attempt to nest within the bones of the victim and must be surgically removed - an arduous and painful process but not nearly as bad or as final as if it is left untreated. When in doubt ensure you are checked by the hospital so you can optimize recovery.

	Orohogarian Birds these creatures will randomly explode in a cloud of flame in battle, smuggled over some time ago they got loose and began to procreate in the forests of Baol hatching enough of them to be a threat to the band. They are brightly coloured and very quick, therefore quite fragile but the explosions they set off can trigger chain reactions in a flock and catch even the most well prepared band off guard.

The sinews and muscle alone are strong enough to make them durable to a great deal of punishment, meaning battles against them can be prolonged without a concentrated effort to drop them.

Gulls are pale birds of large size though smaller than others we have seen, instead of fighting for themselves they prefer to drop the crabs and then Scavenge the victims. They are quick to scavenge parts and will also lift and drop crabs multiple times thanks to their dextrous feet. They can fight if challenged but prefer instead to lift the Crabs or Rapidly Scavenge their victims for things to steal away. They are not built for direct combat but can be quite durable despite appearances - best to strike them as soon as they are in range so they cannot carry the Crab away again to drop it upon you.

	Without a Monarch the Trotzdolch become extremely aggressive and less likely to attack the undead in their territory as they are focused on gathering enough of the substance required to create their Monarch. They have even been noted to travel great distances to seek out their Monarch, though it is usually the drones that do so.

	Trotzdolch have sharp stingers that can inject venom, with soldiers often using a potent toxin that can also block Healing effects or debilitate the victim because the barbed stinger punches through armor like it is paper. They cannot easily be disarmed with fumbling or shattering their weapons, but they are able to be Charmed and Dazed, though drones can be very different in their behaviours. Many have extremely strong carapaces on their bodies and will descend from above to attack in the midst of the allies, listen for the buzzing from above and then get clear.

The Trotzdolch Monarch does not have the same armoring as its soldiers but does have a very obvious golden crown of elegant and simple design grown on its head, this indicates it can create a five-tiered ward, cast protective magics and healing on its servile drones and soldiers and also tend to its own injuries and needs. They can also charm other Trotzdolch to ensure compliance unless another Monarch intervenes.
