Rígan Diavall
Rígan is a member of the Circus Galanti, a travelling show that worships the Shaper in two ways: taking in the wandering and lost and then by spreading joy through the shows and celebration of joy and life and light. Rígan did bad things in the past but largely sees them as being in the past and that they cannot be changed so instead he goes onwards to do better. He adopted a young Drakeblooded which lead him to join the Circus. As a Circus member he was knife Thrower and Fortune Teller as well as running the games tent.
He is usually found carrying his Tarot Cards around and drinking odd substances. He is also a huge fan of cutting things up to find out more. He is very devout and believes the Shaper set him on a better path by striking him with lightning (something that resulted in memory loss). His behavior can be somewhat odd but reliably he flirts with Valeria and Alejandro, paints his face for fun and enjoys a good story telling.
There's not much more too him, he sort of drifts about on his own mostly.
