Members of the Band charged with:
- Securing unsafe magical artifacts and ensuring their judicious application in bands activities.
- Foster and enable Bands ritualists in applications to Bands activivites.
- Collect, secure and ensure access to ritual texts in Bands possession.
- Collect and research information on magical threats the Band faces.
- Foster the Bands Magical battle field manipulation and Power exertion in conflicts.
- Any other magical business which threatens the well being and success of the Band.
Wizard at Arms
The current Wizard at Arms of the Band is Ultan Twinspears. Possition was previously held by Valeria Llamerada.
Like all Officer positions, the Wizard at Arms is selected by The Thane, with guidance from The Band.
Deputy Wizard at Arms Officers
The current Deputy Wizard at Arms is Alelia. Their duties are a mirror of the Wizard at Arms and they should be treated as a faithful proxy should the Wizard at Arms be absent.
Ritual Texts

- The Rite of Revelation - A difficutly 20 arcane ritual focused on manifesting the unseen entities. Originaly designed to cleanse ritual circles of 'corruption'. Succesfully used by the band in doing so. Proven to work in its original context as well as in mixed application with grand ritual and cleansing the way to cleanse an indiviauls highly enmeshed undead possesion. Safe to perform at minimal power.
- Below ritual is not to be attempted light heartedly, and a minium of 50 power exceeding the base difficult(70 total) is required to gain access to using this ritual form the office of WaA - Ultan*
Cleanse the Way - A difficulty 20 religious ritual. Originaly created for clensing the corruption from a ritual circle by tremendous welling up of power and burning away of impurities.
- Rite of the Tuatha - An Ancient ritual of difficulty 15. It is a rite performed by Riders as a show of respect and mutual connection to the land and the people. The rite is more of a dramatic reinactment of the People, The land and the Rider all swearing fealty to one another. Relentless River Forges Through the Land, a noteworthy retired member of our band is currently bound to Trágráig. This ritual is not to be taken lightly as the responsibilities it places upon participants are very real and can lead to unforeseen results.
- Thresh the Soul - A difficulty 30 arcane ritual cobbled together by an unkown Arcanist to excise an undead entity from the soul of a living person. Potential risks are great, and subjects of this rite can often become changed as parts of their soul can be shorn away to prevent corruption from spreding. Has a side of effect of de-attuning individuals from items so can be used as a potential Severing of the Unbreakable bond alternative.
The office of Wizard at Arms holds multiple other rituals which are of questionable origin available for the band members to view, however due to how dangerous they are they are not listed here. Please speak to a member of the leadership to learn more about them, however please note, plain curiosity is seldom a good enough reason. //OOC A reason such as knowing what we have in band stores that may help with downtime or specific situation is good enough reason to get access or at least a nod if the rites are something that can help.
Artifact Safekeeping
As we travel the lands of Tirneach we gather strange and powerful items. The office of Wizard at Arms is tasked with keeping them safe, studying them and ensuring their proper application towards Bands objectives. Do not expect all items currently in possesion to be listed here as the list changes dynamically quite often. Should you have need of any of these items speak to the Wizard at Arms or their deputy.
