Uasa

Uasa (pronounced Ooh-assa) is the Crown Realm and the seat of the Réig. It lies to the east of Tirneach.

Geography

Uasa is the capital realm, and the seat of power of Tirneach’s ultimate ruler, the Réig . Stretching from the Blind Coast on the east to the border of the Ring Mountains circling Draíod , Uasa was once dominated by swampy marshland. Decades of strategically built canals and dams have rendered more of Uasa habitable but is a source of major local tension with many objecting to mortal interference with the land’s natural shape. Corroch is the capital city and the home of the main barracks of the Gallóglaigh.

All species can be found in Uasa, with Creidhe, Human and Drakeblooded the most common.

Culture

Many of the common folk of this realm herd goats or fish the rivers, and value hard work.

Loyalty is prized over any other virtue, and fashions tend towards understated yet elegant blacks.
